If your loved one has been sentenced to residential treatment at the Central Texas Treatment Center, congratulations; their chances for recovery from chemical dependency have just improved significantly. Your involvement in their treatment episode is very important.
HELP! I NEED CLOTHES!
They will be residing at the Center for approximately 6 months. They will need clothing and hygiene items to use while in treatment. A list of allowed items is available at ALLOWED ITEMS LIST.
HANDBOOK
The FAMILY HANDBOOK will let you know what to expect while your loved one is in treatment. Please read it carefully and remember that visits have to be scheduled by the resident, no packages are allowed, and only emergency (death, serious illness) phone calls will be relayed to the resident.

SEND ME MONEY!
You can send money to Center residents so they can buy cigarettes, snacks, and commissary items. Please send only money orders or cashier checks.
CALLING COLLECT
Resident phones make collect and phone card calls only. Residents may buy Evercom phone cards from the commissary to use with our phone system. No other phone cards may be used. You can set up a pre-paid phone account with Evercom/Securus by calling (888) 697-4629.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The confidentiality of your loved one is a primary concern of ours. We will not acknowledge their presence at the Center over the phone, unless your name is on their “RELEASE OF INFORMATION” form. Phone calls requesting information about a resident will be transferred to one of the probation officers, and they will return the call after ensuring your name is on the “RELEASE OF INFORMATION” form.
