CTTC OPERATING BUDGET
The 71st Legislature established residential services grant funding for the expansion of community based correctional programs. Residential services programs were expanded to include community corrections facilities and county correctional centers. This expansion provided the 26th, 277th, 368th, and 395th Judicial District and County Court at Law Courts of Williamson County sentencing options for substance abusers through the residential programming of CTTC.

*Offender Services were previously provided by Georgetown Healthcare Systems. This is provided in-house and is now part of Salaries/Fringe.
The per-diem was reduced by 18% to 63.93 when the treatment portion of the center was taken over by the CSCD. In FY04 per-diem was reduced by 11% to 57.05 and another 4% in FY05 to 54.52.
