The 71st Legislature established residential
services grant funding for the expansion of community based
correctional programs. Residential services programs were
expanded to include community corrections facilities and county
correctional centers. This expansion provided the 26th, 277th,
368th, and 395th Judicial District Courts of Williamson County
sentencing options for substance abusers through the residential
programming of CTTC.
