Male offenders continue to dominate the
admissions at CTTC, accounting for about 79% (127) of the total
population. Female offenders admitted to CTTC represented 21%
(33) of the total offender population.
The gender distribution by offense type shows
that female offenders admitted to CTTC accounted for 21% (32)
felonies and 20% (1) misdemeanors. Male felony offenders
accounted for 79% (123) and 80% (4) were misdemeanor intakes.
